About Zummy

Zummy is a marketplace that helps people in Switzerland sell furniture and household items when moving. We provide the platform only; buyers and sellers arrange payment and pickup directly.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

Listings and transactions

You are responsible for your listings and for completing transactions safely and legally. In particular:

• • Only list items you have the right to sell and that accurately match the description and photos.
• • Set clear prices and availability and remove items that are no longer available.
• • Buyers and sellers agree on payment and pickup; Zummy never handles payments or deliveries.

Fees

Some features may require a subscription or other fees. Any pricing and billing terms are shown before you publish a market.

Prohibited items

Do not list illegal, dangerous, counterfeit, or recalled items, or anything that violates Swiss law.

Your content

You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Zummy a non-exclusive license to host and display it to operate and promote the service.

Suspension or termination

We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms, harm users, or create legal risk.

Disclaimers

Zummy is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee availability, item quality, or buyer behavior.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zummy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new date above and, if changes are material, provide notice.
